Ellie Lioudaki is a member of the Senior Leadership Team and Head of Inclusion at Byron College. She holds a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Ioannina and completed her Master’s degree in Special Educational Needs and Inclusion in Manchester. Ellie also holds the National Award for SEN Coordination (NASENCO), the NPQML qualification, and is a qualified Access Arrangements Assessor. With extensive experience in inclusive education, senior leadership and safeguarding, Ellie is passionate about creating a student-centred environment where every student feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive. Her approach is rooted in compassion, strong relationships, and the belief that all students can succeed when they feel safe, confident, and connected within the school community.
