●     Students discuss the importance of Effort and know the difference between growth and fixed mindset. ●    Students consider their own Attitude to study and understand this key element in relation to mindset. ●    Students discuss LinkedIn and understand the importance of networking/self-promotion.●   Students write statements in relation to why they wish to study a particular course, how their super-curricular and extra-curricular activities relate to this and what their current studies will contribute to future plans.
