Panhellenic Forensic Tournament Results

After three emotional and exhausting days of competition Byron College's largest and youngest team ever emerged with great credit from a tournament in which over 380 pupils took part.

Although we only entered pupils in 4 of the 8 categories, our overall performance gave us third place from eleven schools - all with more pupils to choose from adn with larger teams.

All of our debutant participants did well, were warmly received and encouraged by their experience but we must give particular credit to the following pupils for the excellence of their performances.

  • Sarah Scott - Finalist Oral Interpretation - Drama
  • Dylan Windell - Finalist Oral Interpretation - Comic
  • George Pappas and Jonathan Scott - Finalist - Duet Acting - Comic
  • Israa and Marwa Ibrahim - First Among Equals - Duet Acting - Drama
  • Nadia Sotiropoulou and Xanthipi Choraiti - Honourable Mention - Duet Drama
  • Daphne Garcia - Honourable Mention - Oral Interpretation - Drama

However, these individual successes could not have been possible without a tremendous amount of work, encouragement and support from the whole team!
